Granite Falls Swimming Pool Information

The Granite Falls public swimming pool was first constructed in 1971. In 2015, the Town of Granite Falls received funding from the North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund grant to completely overhaul the 225,000 gallon swimming pool. The renovation consisted of completely removing existing pool shell, re-plastering pool surface, adding new ADA zero entrance area, and installing new water features such as floor geysers, rain bar, and spray bollards. The pool also received new deck surfacing, diving blocks, and new black coated chain link fence around pool area. The Granite Falls public swimming pool operates seasonal from the first of June through mid August. The swimming pool is also available for private party rentals on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 5:30-7:30 during the dates listed below.
